Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Inclusion and Diversity Organisational Development Manager to join our team at West Recruitment Pty Ltd. This is a unique opportunity to develop and implement an I&D strategy that drives business growth and achieves impressive results.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Diagnosing business needs and developing an I&D strategy that aligns with our clients' EVP and corporate strategy
  2. Designing, developing, and executing effective I&D programs and solutions
  3. Managing a range of projects simultaneously across the business
  4. Building relationships and developing business partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  5. Engaging stakeholders and managing expectations
  6. Managing procurement contracts for relevant suppliers
  7. Managing budget, governance, compliance, and reporting for I&D programs
  8. Leading and managing associated culture and organisation change initiatives
  9. Facilitating I&D forums and development interventions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Documented success in a similar OD role with a focus on I&D
  2. A desire to take your experience to a more senior level
  3. Ability to influence through a matrix environment
  4. A Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Education, or a similar field
