Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a range of projects simultaneously across the business, including budget, governance, compliance, and reporting
  • Build relationships and develop business partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Engage stakeholders and manage expectations, including internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Documented success in a similar OD role with a focus on Inclusion and Diversity
  • Desire to take experience to a more senior level
  • Ability to influence through a matrix environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Education, or similar

This role will appeal to an experienced OD professional who enjoys developing strategies, managing programs, and working as part of a close team in Inclusion and Diversity. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a leader who values independence, fresh ideas, and enthusiasm.
