Your New Role
We are seeking an Early Intervention Speech Pathologist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in supporting children aged 0-6 years with developmental delays and their families.
Our Approach
We embrace a relationship-based approach, fostering strong connections with families to support each child's unique journey. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring consistent and family-centered care. Our work is short-term, sessions are community-based, and occur across a 3-month span. You will be supporting a culturally diverse clientele as part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team of professionals.
Day-to-Day Activities
Starting Each Day Working From Home You Will
- Perform functional assessments for young children to determine appropriate supports.
- Collaborate with families and trans-disciplinary teams to implement individualised intervention plans.
- Provide direct Speech Pathology services in both individual and group settings.
- Support families, educators, and professionals in creating inclusive environments and staying updated on best practices.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
- Registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Experience working with young children with developmental delays or disability and their families.
- Openness to work in an innovative, dynamic, and relationally informed early intervention model.
- Knowledge of early childhood intervention principles and best practice.
