The role of Fleet and Facilities Business Partner is to deliver services to customers for Ramp, Baggage, Cabin Cleaning and Passenger Services across major airports in Australia.

A Day in the Life:
  • Managing facilities, workplace services and fleet operations with internal and external service providers, ensuring health and safety requirements are met.
  • Partnering with directors and teams responsible for providing workplace services in agile environments.
  • Liaising with building and maintenance contractors regarding building issues and internal staff regarding unscheduled requirements or changes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual who can successfully manage multiple issues and resolve them. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, leadership experience and the ability to drive a customer-focused culture within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participating in operational partnership of the facilities and fleet operations portfolios.
  • Developing and implementing facilities and fleet operations programs, projects and services ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements, organizational policies.
  • Driving continuous improvement and innovation, identifying and implementing strategies to ensure property, facilities and fleet outcomes are stakeholder focused and service delivery meets current and future requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills, commitment to values and operating procedures, and previous experience in a highly controlled and regulated industry.
