The estimated annual salary for this position is between $120,000 to $180,000 AUD, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Master Planner to join our project services team in Brisbane. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects in line with client and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules to achieve consistently high standards.
- Respond promptly to changes, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Support project teams to prepare project schedules and provide up-to-date data for effective project management.
- Analyse scope changes and schedule trends, recommending actions to improve or mitigate delays.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers on matters affecting project goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum 10+ years of planning experience in design, procurement, and construction phases of projects.
- An engineering qualification, trade background, or equivalent extended experience in engineering and/or construction fields.
- Prior experience in EPC and EPCM environments, working with various stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- High attention to detail and expertise in project planning and management, including Primavera tools.
- Ability to read and interpret design deliverables, such as flow sheets, P&IDs, drawings, equipment lists, and other relevant data.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal.
