Sales Floor Associate

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused retail professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will embody the spirit of Aesop by engaging with customers, providing expert advice on products, and driving commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers have a positive experience in store.
- Utilize product knowledge to drive sales and meet or exceed targets.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and maintain a positive store environment.
- Participate in visual merchandising and stock management initiatives to maintain high standards of store presentation.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is essential.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of skin care and related industries is advantageous but not necessary.
- A willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge within the company.
