This is an opportunity for a passionate and dedicated individual, ready to forge their Real Estate sales career, working alongside a prominent Agent & Director.

The Role :

We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate within Real Estate. You must be able to work independently and be accountable for your responsibilities.

On a daily basis, your duties will include :

  • Diary, email, and appointment management for the lead agent
  • Prospecting, tracking, hitting KPIs, and a passion to overachieve
  • Managing and organising sales appraisals and CRM updates
  • Occasional contract and marketing administration
  • Organising appointments and ensuring all documents are prepared
  • Coordinating photo shoots, floor plans, marketing materials, and agent branding
  • Preparing for and attending auctions
  • Conducting open homes and private inspections (Saturday work required)

You must have a QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration or have started the process to obtain one.

  • Strong sales, coordination, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage a busy workload with high-end clientele, working on premium listings in tightly held suburbs
  • Must have a driver's license, reliable vehicle, and QLD Real Estate Certificate
  • Must be extremely well presented
