We're seeking an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join our team as a Christmas Casual.

As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, supporting your team to achieve sales goals, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

You'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a passionate team, where no two days are ever the same.

If you love sneakers, streetwear, and delivering outstanding customer experiences, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, making every interaction memorable
  • Support your team to drive sales and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing store environment
  • Process click and dispatch orders efficiently
  • Ensure the store remains fresh and tidy at all times
What We're Looking For:
  • Full availability from October 2024 to mid-January 2025, including weekends, late nights, and public holidays
  • Retail experience is advantageous, but not essential
  • Passion for sneakers and streetwear, combined with excellent communication skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven
