As a Director, you will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, revenue generation, and complex commercial relationships. You will lead teams up to and including senior managers across multiple activities, bringing the firm's Employee Value Proposition to life and leading teams with broad visibility to achieve performance objectives.

You will develop and implement strategies, operating models, processes, and compliance frameworks to manage indirect taxes through the tax lifecycle and increase operational efficiency in meeting regulatory requirements. Identify opportunities for tax optimization, credits, and refund recovery, as well as exposure reduction.

  • Substantial experience in indirect tax within a professional services accounting firm, law firm, or working with another large organization is essential.
  • Strong technical skills in the field of indirect tax, particularly in Stamp Duty, are required.
  • Ability to clearly demonstrate leadership skills in regard to market-facing initiatives, client delivery, and staff development is crucial.
