We're expanding our team and are currently seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to join our operations in South Australia.

About the Role

The Warehouse Team Leader will play a hands-on leadership role, supervising a small team of warehouse personnel. You'll be responsible for coordinating daily operations on the floor, planning workflows, and ensuring safety and efficiency across all pick / pack and dispatch activities.

This role requires someone with solid warehouse experience, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to foster a positive and productive team culture.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations
  • Plan, delegate, and monitor workflow to meet daily operational targets
  • Conduct regular toolbox talks and team briefings
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure general warehouse housekeeping and organisation
  • Promote and maintain a safe working environment for all team members
  • Perform stock checks, inventory support, and documentation as required
  • Operate forklifts (high reach experience Essential)
  • Provide training and support for new and existing team members
  • Support the Warehouse Manager with reporting and performance feedback
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a team leader in a pick / pack or warehouse environment
  • Current forklift licence (LF) – high reach experience essential
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, physically active environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong safety mindset and understanding of warehouse WHS practices
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to get involved on the floor
  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling / lifting tasks
  • Strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures
  • RF scanning
