Job Title: Warehouse Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the daily warehouse operations, supervising a small team of 4, and driving accuracy, efficiency, and safety across all warehouse tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring seamless execution and effective time management
  • Supervise and support a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to OH&S standards and regulations
  • Develop and implement process improvements, leveraging WMS and SAP systems
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Previous/current experience in a warehouse management role, preferably in a manufacturing/assembly environment
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and customers
  • Experience working with WMS and SAP systems, with a solid understanding of inventory management and control
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
