**Warehouse Operations Supervisor Job Description**

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of professionals in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fulfillment centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Operations Manager in the overall running of the inbound section of our facility.
  • Coach and motivate team members to improve quality and output by frequently observing standards and providing feedback.
  • Lead by example, ensuring all Work Health Safety (WHS) standards are prioritized within your team.
  • Evaluate team members' performance and assist with performance assessment and development against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar supervisory role in a fast-paced warehouse environment (B2C or eCommerce preferred).
  • Solid understanding of dock, receiving and replenishment areas within a large-scale warehouse setting.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with individuals and in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
