">Job Description:

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to drive innovation in complementary medicine through a 2-year rotational program in Brisbane. You will gain exposure to various roles and responsibilities within our organization, including rotating across Science functions.

  • You will be responsible for creating innovative, consumer-focused solutions efficiently and competitively, optimizing product life-cycles by developing and implementing regulatory strategies to accelerate access to new products and enhance portfolio value.
  • You will collaborate with Brand & Innovation, Project Managers, Regulatory & Quality, and Manufacturing teams (internal and external CDMO) to align new product developments with innovation strategy and compliance standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor of Science (Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field) completed by December 2025; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Work experience in pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or FMCG is an asset.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A consumer-centric approach and commitment to sustainability.
  • Clear communication skills, able to translate complex data into accessible narratives.
  • Autonomy, entrepreneurial-mindedness, and comfort in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and advanced statistical analysis and experimental design capabilities.
  • An enthusiastic and proactive attitude towards learning and problem-solving.
  • Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and time management skills.
