We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Science Graduate to join our organization and drive scientific innovation in the field of complementary medicine. This 24-month rotational program will provide you with the opportunity to gain exposure to various roles and responsibilities within a dynamic and innovative environment.
Your Responsibilities- Rotate across science functions, gaining experience in product development, analysis, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement strategies to advance complementary medicine and create innovative solutions efficiently and competitively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align new product developments with innovation strategy and compliance standards.
- You should have completed a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field) by December 2025; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Work experience in pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or FMCG is an asset.
- You must have a passion for complementary medicine and its health benefits.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills are required.
- You should be consumer-centric and committed to sustainability.
