About This Role

As a Graduate in Science, you will have the chance to rotate across various science functions within our organisation, gaining comprehensive exposure to different roles and responsibilities. Your role will involve creating innovative, consumer-focused solutions, optimising product life-cycles by developing and implementing regulatory strategies, and ensuring alignment between patient health and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and analyse Vitamin-Mineral Supplements (VMS) gummies, adhering to regulatory standards and company protocols.
  2. Assist in formulating and developing new complementary medicine gummies, including herbal and nutraceutical formulations.
  3. Conduct laboratory experiments, analyse data, and interpret results to guide product development.
  4. Develop and validate test methods using instruments such as UHPLC, LC-MS, HPTLC.
  5. Maintain records, prepare and review specifications, master formula, manufacturing instructions, stability protocols, BOMs, SOPs, method validation protocols/reports.
  6. Support product development in line with regulations, prepare regulatory documentation, and ensure quality standards.
  7. Collaborate with senior scientists, quality/regulatory teams, project managers, brand and manufacturing & supply departments, and foster stakeholder relationships.
  8. Stay updated with trends in complementary medicine and participate in training.
Future Development
  1. Progress to Regulatory Affairs Associate, handling regulatory submissions for new products and lifecycle management, supporting regulatory review for promotional materials.
  2. Manage regulatory activities to meet business priorities and compliance in Australia and NZ, collaborating with stakeholders to drive early submissions and approvals.
  3. Maintain relationships with health authorities for timely approvals, optimal labelling, and risk minimisation, manage registrations and post-approval variations.
  4. Support local regulatory risk assessments for new registrations and lifecycle management, reviewing promotional materials.
  5. Maintain regulatory quality systems and audit readiness, managing corrective actions.
About You

We are looking for a motivated Graduate who has completed an undergraduate degree in Science (Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field) by December 2025. A Master's degree is a plus.

Work experience in pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or FMCG is an asset, and hands-on laboratory experience with standard analytical techniques is preferred.

You must be located in Brisbane or relocate by end of January 2026.
