Complementary Medicine Innovation Leader

Pursue a two-year rotational program in our science department and drive innovation in complementary medicine.

  • Rotating roles will expose you to various functions, fostering growth and knowledge acquisition.
  • Develop innovative solutions efficiently and competitively, advancing the field of complementary medicine.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product developments with our innovation strategy and compliance standards.
  • Conduct laboratory experiments, stability testing, method validation, and maintain detailed documentation including product specifications and regulatory reports.
  • Establish relationships with health authorities to negotiate approvals and ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements

We seek:

  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field by December 2025. A Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Work experience in pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or FMCG is beneficial.
  • Passion for complementary medicine and its health benefits.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
