About The Role

You'll focus on the clinical operations of the practice. Working alongside the Practice Manager, you'll lead the clinical team day to day, ensuring everything runs smoothly and every patient receives exceptional care.


You'll Be Responsible For
  • Leading, mentoring, and supporting the dental assistants and clinical team
  • Overseeing daily clinical operations, chairside support, and hygiene standards
  • Supporting rostering, training, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborating with the Practice Manager to meet business and clinical goals
  • Creating a calm, professional, and supportive environment for staff and patients

About You

You're confident, organised, and passionate about patient care. You love leading a team, improving systems, and bringing energy and structure to your work. You thrive in fast-paced, high-standard environments and are ready to step into a bigger leadership role.


This Role Would Suit You If
  • You've been a Practice Manager in a smaller practice and are ready to grow
  • Or you're a senior dental nurse/DA ready to take on a leadership opportunity
