Production Planning Professional

We are seeking a skilled Production Planner to join our team.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed production schedules to meet customer deadlines and deliver on-time, in-full performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain production schedules that align with operational capacity, labor availability, and performance targets.
  • Monitor daily scheduling, resolving conflicts or delays through proactive communication and problem-solving.
  • Allocate jobs to suitable press technologies based on label specifications, materials, and production efficiency.
  • Liaise with production managers to ensure schedules are aligned with operational requirements.
  • Engage in planning and customer support functions as required.
  • Communicate accurate lead times and delivery schedules, adjusting plans to accommodate changes or constraints.
  • Identify delivery risks early and collaborate with services teams to implement proactive solutions.
  • Support continuous improvement by participating in process reviews and recommending efficiency enhancements.

About You:

  • Previous experience as a planner or similar role preferably in the print manufacturing industry.
  • Proficient in relevant software including MS Office Suite.
  • Experience in planning and scheduling software.
  • High level of maturity and credibility to influence others and build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple priorities with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills & strong problem-solving abilities.
