We are seeking a dynamic Production Scheduler to join our team in Griffith.

About The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the scheduling of production activities, ensuring timely and accurate flow of orders through the factory.

  • Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer deadlines and delivery expectations.
  • Monitor daily scheduling, resolving conflicts or delays through proactive communication and problem-solving.
  • Allocate jobs to suitable press technologies based on label specifications, materials, and production efficiency.
  • Liaise with Production Managers to align schedules with operational capacity, labor availability, and performance targets.

In this exciting role, you will:

  • Communicate accurate lead times and delivery schedules, adjusting plans to accommodate changes or constraints.
  • Identify delivery risks early and collaborate with Services to implement proactive solutions.
  • Support continuous improvement by participating in process reviews and recommending efficiency enhancements.
About You
  • Prior experience as a scheduler - planner or similar role preferably in the print manufacturing industry.
  • Proficient in relevant software including MS Office Suite.
  • Experience in planning scheduling software.
  • High level of maturity and credibility to influence others and build/maintain strong internal and external relationships.
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple priorities with a proactive approach.
