Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled scheduler to manage and optimize production schedules to meet customer deadlines and operational targets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed production schedules based on customer requirements and DIFOT expectations.
  • Monitor daily scheduling, resolving conflicts or delays through proactive communication and problem-solving.
  • Assign jobs to suitable press technologies considering label specifications, materials, and production efficiency.
  • Liaise with Production Managers to synchronize schedules with operational capacity, labor availability, and performance targets.
  • Participate in planning and customer support functions as required.
Key Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a scheduler - planner or similar role preferably in the print manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in relevant software including MS Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with planning scheduling software.
  • High level of maturity and credibility to influence others and build/maintain strong internal and external relationships.
