Food Services Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of a delicatessen department.
- Ensure exceptional presentation, customer satisfaction, and team engagement.

- Direct or indirect leadership experience with a proven track record.
- Maintain optimal store standards through stock management, rotation routines, waste control, and quality checks.

- Deliver outstanding customer experiences consistently.
To succeed, you will need to simplify processes, adhere to strict audit, food safety, and compliance standards. Additionally, drive a one-team culture and prioritize your team members' health, safety, and wellbeing.
