We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our customer service function.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer service excellence, aligning with business objectives.
- Lead a team of professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Measure and report on customer satisfaction metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Proven experience in leading customer-facing teams, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues.
- Certification in customer service or a related field is desirable.
