The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Consultant to join our high-performing sales team. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for guiding prospective customers through the home buying process, showcasing our exceptional residential construction projects, and assisting clients in finding their perfect home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential homebuyers, understanding their preferences and requirements to match them with the most suitable properties.
  • Conduct engaging and persuasive sales presentations, both on-site and virtually, to showcase the benefits and uniqueness of our residential properties.
  • Proactively seek new sales opportunities through various channels, including networking events, referrals, online platforms, and outreach initiatives.
  • Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the deal, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience for each customer.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate, construction, or home building industry.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer-focused approach with the ability to understand and fulfill customer needs effectively.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work 5 days, including weekends.
