Regional Marketing Manager

This is a Regional Marketing Manager role with Uber in North Asia, focusing on driving growth in Japan, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage owned, paid, and earned media to deliver quality leads to Sales teams.
  • Partner with regional Sales teams to align commercial priorities and develop supporting marketing plans.
  • Define, develop, execute, and measure regional campaigns to drive acquisition, awareness, and adoption of Uber for Business solutions.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop compelling regional content supporting KPIs.
  • Proactively research trends and new topics of interest to target personas.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Japanese (bonus for Mandarin fluency).
  • Min 2/3+ years B2B or B2C Marketing experience.
  • Proven record of delivering measurable campaigns that drive business growth.
  • Strong marketing channel knowledge including, but not limited to CRM, Digital Marketing, Demand Gen, Content, Partnerships.
