About the RoleWe are seeking passionate Graduate Speech Pathologists to join our industry-leading, structured Graduate Program. As a Speech Pathologist at Better Rehab, your day could include:
- Visiting NDIS participants, assessing their needs, designing therapy plans, and advocating on their behalf
- Making a bigger difference to participants with a range of conditions, including neurological conditions, ASD, psychosocial, and many more
- Helping participants from age 0 to 65, across language, mealtimes, dysphagia, aphasia, and AAC
- Writing reports, adhering to NDIS requirements
- Liaising with support coordinators, local area coordinators, and equipment providers
- Collaborating with your multidisciplinary team
- Taking advantage of exceptional personal development opportunities
To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about making a difference, have tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology, and embody Better Rehab's values. A valid driver's license and own car are also essential.
