About the RoleWe are seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide life-changing speech pathology services to NDIS participants in Southern Brisbane and surrounding areas.
This full-time position offers a unique opportunity for professionals to choose their own caseload, ensuring a more fulfilling and enjoyable work life. Whether you specialise in paediatrics or working with adults, you can select your focus area.
Your Responsibilities
- Work in diverse settings, from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres
- Create therapy plans and provide life-changing speech pathology services using evidence-based measurement tools
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of passionate allied health professionals
- Build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports (family, carers, friends)
- Attend weekly team meetings to share experiences and best practices

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology
- SPA Registration
- Positive and flexible approach to work
- Strong communication skills and teamwork ability
- Commitment to personal and professional development
- Valid driver's license
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Working with Children's Check
