The RoleAs a Speech Pathologist at Everyday Independence, you will provide life-changing speech pathology services to NDIS participants across the lifespan in Western Brisbane and surrounding areas. This is an ideal opportunity for those seeking a full-time position or part-time flexibility.
You will work in diverse settings, including homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces, and community centers, utilizing evidence-based measurement tools and your skills in assessment to create therapy plans and deliver impactful support.
As a valued member of our interdisciplinary team, you will build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports, sharing stories of impact and growth during weekly team meetings.
Your Expertise MattersOur dedicated Therapy Mentor and Team Leader will provide guidance and support to help you excel in your role. You will tap into the knowledge and expertise of industry-leading Speech Pathologists, fostering continuous learning and professional growth.

- Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology
- SPA Registration
- Positive and flexible approach to work
- Strong communication skills and a team player
- Commitment to personal and professional development
- Valid driver's license
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Working with Childrens Check
A valid driver's license and NDIS Workers Screening Check are mandatory for this role. Experience working in NDIS/disability is preferred but not essential.
