- Provide direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures.
- Act as Team leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team.
- Work in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents closely following all policies and procedures.
- A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar.
- Thorough understanding of aged care legislation and quality standards.
- Demonstrated knowledge of AN-ACC assessment processes.
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age-related health issues.
- Strong coaching/training skills.
- Effective conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to apply for clearance checks.
