- Act as a Team Leader, guiding and mentoring the personal care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintain a safe work environment, following all policies and procedures to protect yourself, colleagues, and residents.
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to older adults.
- Current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
- In-depth understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Demonstrated knowledge of AN-ACC assessment processes.
- Strong clinical skills and a thorough understanding of age-related health issues.
- Effective coaching/training skills to empower staff.
- Excellent conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Competent IT skills to effectively manage resident data.
- Ability to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
