Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to older people.

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering person-centred care and be committed to promoting the dignity, life, and spirituality of our residents.

You will be responsible for providing direct clinical nursing care, acting as a team leader, and working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures
  • Providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team
  • Working in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents closely following all policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • A current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Experience in aged care, particularly in residential settings
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age-related health issues
  • Effective communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
