About This Role

We're seeking a seasoned software professional to join our development team as a Senior Full Stack Developer. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on a range of projects, from building and maintaining applications to collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This is a hands-on development position where you'll be responsible for designing, coding, and maintaining applications using various technologies such as C#, SQL Server, ASP.NET Core, React/Remix, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. You'll also be involved in taking projects through the full software development lifecycle, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to coding standards and peer reviews.

The ideal candidate will have strong backend chops in C# and SQL Server, experience with modern front-end tech like React/Remix, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, and cloud smarts (AWS a bonus). They will also be proficient in CI/CD familiarity and Git confidence. Additionally, they will be a problem solver with the curiosity to ask the right questions and a clear communicator who can work across business and tech.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build & Create: Design, code, and maintain applications with C#, SQL Server, ASP.NET Core, React/Remix, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Owning the Process: Take projects through the full software development lifecycle.
  • Level Up the Team: Mentor junior devs and contribute to coding standards and peer reviews.
  • Transform & Improve: Partner with stakeholders to deliver solutions that drive digital growth.
  • Keep it Sharp: Ensure scalability, security, and performance across systems.
