About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our Engineering Practices team. As a key member of this group, you will play a pivotal role in building scalable, self-service AI platforms that support critical capabilities such as LLM enrichment pipelines, AI gateway management, and fine-tuning pipelines.

In this high-impact position, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, deploying, and maintaining software aligned with our technology strategy. You will champion engineering excellence, reliability, and performance across the AI platform and partner with staff engineers to design and implement robust systems.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong software engineering and coding skills, with a deep understanding of AWS and modern cloud infrastructure. Experience in implementing observability and monitoring across distributed systems is also essential. Additionally, you should have a solid background in DevOps practices and infrastructure as code using Terraform.
