Job Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a skilled Front Office professional to play a key role in our newly established property.

As the Assistant Manager, you are a naturally confident individual capable of engaging with guests and initiating conversations. Your ability to assess guest needs and your meticulous attention to detail distinguish you from others.

You possess a results-oriented mindset and strive for excellence in your profession.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the Front Office team in the absence of management and represent the hotel on behalf of the General Manager Foster a caring environment for our guests and motivate team members to craft a unique narrative for each guest's experience Ensure the implementation and maintenance of Accor's guest loyalty and recognition programs to the highest standards Build connections with guests and colleagues by being your authentic self, creating a sense of belonging through active listening and empathy Champion safety and lead by example by adhering to Accor's health and safety protocols Qualifications

Previous experience in Front Office or a related field, with familiarity with the Opera system preferred A genuine passion for hospitality and guest relations A hands-on, natural leader with the capability to nurture, develop, and elevate your team The ability to make independent and confident decisions in high-pressure situations Flexibility to work various shifts Additional Benefits
