Workplace Rehabilitation Consultant

This role will play a key part in enhancing injured worker rehabilitation outcomes, employee satisfaction, and Return to Work (RTW) performance by providing expert advice and coaching to stakeholders.
The successful candidate will hold delegations under the SRC Act for rehabilitation and work closely with HR and HSE teams to achieve successful rehabilitation outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities- Interpret policies and procedures to provide practical support and guidance to operational staff.
- Design, implement, monitor, and manage individual rehabilitation programs and RTW plans to minimize time lost and associated costs.
- Establish case strategies in partnership with HR and relevant leaders, regularly reviewing and updating them as necessary.
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with SRC Act requirements for rehabilitation programs, including design, determination, creation, and monitoring of rehabilitation plans and RTW plans.
