Join Our Workplace Rehabilitation Team

We are seeking experienced Same Employer Rehabilitation Consultants to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our organisation. As a rehabilitation consultant, you will be responsible for performing assessments and interventions across various environments, including family homes, workplaces, medical centres and clinics, and/or offices.

  • Assess clients with complex needs and develop tailored rehabilitation plans to support their return to work.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Provide expert advice on workplace modifications and return-to-work strategies.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling.
  • 2 years experience as a Rehabilitation Consultant, ideally within Melbourne.
  • Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC or RCAA.
  • A vehicle and driver's licence.
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to acquire one for client facing roles (or willingness to obtain one before commencement).
