Our workplace rehabilitation service helps individuals return to employment after injury, illness or reduced work capacity.

We support customers and clients to maximise workforce participation by providing expert care and guidance.

As an Occupational Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be responsible for evaluating treatment and rehabilitation needs of workers involved in workplace injuries or illnesses.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers
  • Supporting clients to return to work
  • Effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress
  • Engaging with key stakeholders and building relationships to achieve business objectives

**About the Role:**

  • Professional registration/membership with a relevant body (e.g. AHPRA/ESSA)
  • Comcare accredited/eligible
  • Occupational rehabilitation experience
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
  • Motivation to achieve targets and be business-savvy
  • Current Working with Children Check
