Commercial Banking Relationship Manager

About the Role
A highly skilled Relationship Executive is required to originate, retain, and manage a portfolio of clients for the Corporate Health or Property segment. This role will involve building a customer base through business development and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote commercial product offerings to clients to determine financial situations and objectives, discussing options and developing tailored solutions.
- Meet and/or exceed individual margin and volume targets and performance objectives with a focus on book growth.
- Drive the direction and performance of the Specialist, including client acquisition, volume/margin, and primary client relationship and satisfaction.
- Partner with the Associate Relationship Manager to develop ongoing and quality client relationships.
- Manage relationships with clients, leveraging internal resources to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
- Work with clients' accountants to understand financial objectives and help implement plans to realize these objectives.
About You
The successful candidate will have previous experience in commercial lending, business development, and relationship building. They will also have a passion for business development and relationship building, as well as the ability to meet KPI targets.
