As a senior workplace experience coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional and world-class experiences that inspire staff to connect and collaborate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the face and ambassador for workplace experience, actively promoting the brand and fostering a positive environment.
  • Lead in providing exceptional workplace experiences for all employees and visitors.
  • Collaborate with key program leads to implement innovative programs that elevate experience practices within the organization.
  • Create and deliver high-level communications that effectively reach and engage all employees.
  • Coordinate and organize global events, activations, and programs that enhance employee engagement and promote a positive workplace culture.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of delivering workplace experience, events/activations, and food and beverage operations across multiple office environments.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a distributed environment and servicing remote and hybrid ways of working.
  • Experience working with distributed leadership teams across varying timezones.
  • Experience with financial systems and managing budget trackers.
  • Ability to foster a culture of idea-sharing and involve diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance planning and urgency, develop detailed plans anticipating and resolving issues for efficient progress.
  • Proven ability to handle complex customer requests and improve the customer experience using feedback and data.
