Content Leadership Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to take on a senior leadership role in content strategy and product management. As the lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content vision that drives engagement and growth across our diverse user bases.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop a world-class content experience that spans the platform, review aspects, content understanding, localisation, and Creator/Content Partner experience.
  • Drive the strategy to build the world's most diverse and enriched AI training data library.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and deliver opportunities to amplify content and improve the content experience.
  • Lead a team of product managers working in the content space to deliver against ambitious goals and drive content engagement.
  • Create a vision and define the future roadmap for your product area.
  • Build a more efficient approach to content production processes to drive improved scale while maintaining quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in the content and/or marketplace space at a high-growth company with an international presence.
  • A good understanding of generative AI trends and common practices.
  • A proven track record of collaborating and leading product teams effectively to deliver complex roadmaps.
  • A strong communicator who can speak the language of engineering, data, design, operations, and coordinate cross-functionally to achieve big wins.
  • The ability to generate insight based on vision, data, and user feedback, clearly define a direction for a team, and execute in a fast-paced environment.
  • An ownership mentality and high agency to take projects from concept to reality quickly.
  • A proactive approach, initiating, owning, and driving work from start to finish.
  • High organisation skills with the ability to work under pressure and within deadlines.
