Heston MRO is one of the largest independent MRO companies in Australasia, with a diverse range of business areas including aircraft parking and storage, asset management, and non-line maintenance repairs.

We have stations across Australia in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, and Adelaide, focusing on our client base of over 20 clients in their line maintenance requirements.

About this Role:

As an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer at Heston MRO, you will be responsible for assisting our Quality Team in ensuring the quality of line maintenance work. You will work with varied wide-body aircraft and have the opportunity to gain experience in different aspects of aircraft maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Cert IV in Aeroskills Trade (or equivalent)
  • Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol Medical Test
  • Minimum of 2 years aircraft maintenance experience
  • ASIC and ADA eligibility (priority given to those who already hold)
  • Strong safe work ethic and practical understanding of safe work systems
  • Familiarity with CASA regulations
  • Australian citizenship, residency, or valid work rights
  • Valid state driver's license
  • High standard of both written and spoken English and great attention to detail

Salary: Approximately AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
