As a Principal Civil Engineer, you will be part of our Urban Development & Regeneration division in Melbourne.

- Manage selected designs and teams to develop and implement technical delivery.
- Build relationships with internal and external teams to foster cooperation and maximize technical offering.
- Manage subconsultants, quality assurance, and client feedback.
- Champion the involvement of interstate and overseas teams.
You will be a tertiary qualified engineer with extensive experience in urban development design.
You will have Melbourne Retail Water Agencies (MRWA), sewer and water auditing accreditation.
You will have relevant degree (Civil Engineering preferred) and chartered professional status.
You will have extensive industry experience (minimum ten years) including overseeing engineering aspects of a project.
You will have ability to provide technical expertise and direction through consultative support and effective communication.
You will have ability to lead, manage, mentor, and develop large to medium scale, diverse project teams.
You will have experience of working in multi-discipline teams and/or project teams on major complex projects.
You will have excellent communication and relationship building skills.
