Residential Development Project Coordinator

This is a challenging role that involves overseeing the planning, design and delivery of residential development projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from conceptualization through to completion, managing timelines, scopes, and risks.
- Oversee design and procurement processes to ensure cost-effective and community-focused outcomes.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH STAKEHOLDERS AND COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY ACROSS ALL LEVELS OF THE ORGANIZATION.
- C coordinate consultants, contractors, builders and service authorities.
- PROVIDE ACCURATE AND TIMELY REPORTS COVERING FINANCIALS AND RISK ASSESSMENT.
About You:
You are an experienced project manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and can balance strategic oversight with hands-on delivery. You have a passion for creating sustainable communities and take pride in achieving tangible results.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing complex residential or mixed-use developments.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver projects within agreed timeframes and budgets.
- Excellent relationship-building skills across a wide range of stakeholders, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on outcomes.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in project management, property, construction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
