Construction Site Manager

About Us

We are a residential building company dedicated to delivering high-quality projects and exceptional client service. With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for excellence, we are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage residential construction and renovation projects from start to finish
  • Site Management: Supervise daily on-site activities and ensure smooth project delivery
  • Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
  • Budgeting: Monitor construction progress, timelines, and budgets
  • Safety and Quality: Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing clear communication and updates

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience as a Construction Supervisor or Site Manager in residential building
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety requirements
  • Skills: Excellent organisational and time management skills, strong leadership and communication abilities with a team-focused mindset
  • Certifications: Trade or tertiary qualification in Building, Construction or Engineering, White Card, Current driver's licence, Supervisor's License up to 2 storey (preferred but not essential)
