Occupational Therapist Clinical Leadership Position in Melbourne

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, VIC. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and dynamic professional to progress to a senior clinical position.
Job OverviewThis role involves providing high-level Occupational Therapy services to participants of the NDIS, managing a team of Allied Health clinicians, and providing mentoring and leadership to a team of Occupational Therapists. You will be responsible for developing programs to further improve the clinical skills of the team, providing in-house training, and developing holistic therapy plans within a multidisciplinary team.
About the Role- Manage a varied caseload and provide assessment and intervention in life skills, social, and sensory areas.
- Provide face-to-face, Telehealth, and clinic sessions.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Lead a team of high-performing Occupational Therapists.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Mentor and supervise Occupational Therapists to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational goals and objectives.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and AHPRA registration.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Occupational Therapy, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
