Our company seeks an experienced accounts officer to join their team as a permanent full-time employee.
The Role
Main responsibilities include:
- Managing administrative tasks related to accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Supporting bank reconciliation.
- Following up with clients for invoicing and ensuring timely payment collection.
- Creating purchase orders.
- Monitoring outstanding payments and resolving any billing issues.
- Maintaining proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Proficiency in MYOB or XERO software.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Able to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Excel for data management and analysis.
- Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal.
