Our company seeks an experienced accounts officer to join their team as a permanent full-time employee.

The Role

Main responsibilities include:

  • Managing administrative tasks related to accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Supporting bank reconciliation.
  • Following up with clients for invoicing and ensuring timely payment collection.
  • Creating purchase orders.
  • Monitoring outstanding payments and resolving any billing issues.
  • Maintaining proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Proficiency in MYOB or XERO software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data management and analysis.
  • Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal.
