Strategic Communications Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communications Manager to join our EU Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Communications Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a multi-channel content strategy to engage our DSPs and promote the program as an entrepreneurial opportunity of choice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive content strategy for new program, technology, and product launches, including written communications, executive messaging, infographics, and video scripts.
- Translate complex messaging into simple and easy-to-understand content that resonates with our DSPs.
- Interview DSPs and program managers to build advocacy stories that promote the program as a viable business opportunity.
- Identify emerging topics and develop proactive plans with stakeholders to stay ahead of the curve.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of our communications efforts.
- Stay up-to-date on AU region logistics matters and provide expert insights to inform our communications strategy.
About the Team
Our EUK DSP Communications Team is a high-performing team of 10 communicators based in different cities across Europe and the UK. We have a highly inclusive and collaborative culture, and we approach each other with respect and humility. We are passionate about making a difference and have fun doing it.

Requirements
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
- 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
- Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across multiple time zones and languages.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners.
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with a global footprint.
