We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communications Manager to join our EU Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Communications Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a multi-channel content strategy to promote our Last Mile delivery network.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic communications, business acumen, and excellent writing ability. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to inject logic and care into strategic communications targeted at DSPs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a multi-channel content strategy for new program, technology, and product launches
  • Translating complex messaging into simple and easy-to-understand content
  • Interviewing DSPs and program managers to build advocacy stories
  • Identifying emerging topics and developing proactive plans with stakeholders
  • Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of communications

Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of time zones and languages
