About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Communications Manager to join our team at SHE HR Consulting. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to promote our brand and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to engage with our target audience and stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain our website, social media platforms, and other digital channels to ensure consistency and accuracy of our brand message.
  • Collaborate with our leadership team and external partners to develop and implement strategic communications campaigns.
  • Write and edit engaging content for various mediums, including social media, website, and annual reports.
  • Manage and coordinate the production of our annual report, working closely with our CEO and external professionals.
  • Develop and implement a content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging content across all our channels.
  • Monitor and analyze our communication efforts to ensure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in strategic communications, public relations, or a related field.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective communication strategies.
  • Experience with social media management and content creation.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
