Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your expertise in SFMC studios to deliver campaigns and journeys
  • Build and optimise new journeys, identify and build data points, segmentation, triggers, and template setups needed to execute across all customer touchpoints
  • Maintain and validate data in SFMC, including imports, exports, parsing, queries, and overall hygiene
  • Test and validate campaign setups across platforms to maintain the highest level of quality
  • Create recommendations to continuously improve campaigns

What You Will Bring

You will have a proven track record in email marketing and/or marketing automation platforms and digital experimentation. You will be comfortable working with complex data sets and collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality customer conversion and overall market share growth. You will also have the following skills:
  • Proven experience in email marketing and/or marketing automation platform and digital experimentation
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience including HTML, CSS, Amp-Script, and SQL
  • Ability to interact and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Problem-solving skills with an ability to innovate in finding solutions
  • Experience in agile ways of working and tools such as Jira and Confluence
