About the Role

We are currently looking for highly motivated and customer-focused professionals to manage a national based portfolio of claims and handle inbound/outbound calls. As a Claims Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers in a timely manner, maintaining positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders, and providing the best possible outcomes for our customers.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need a high level of customer service experience, ideally within a claims environment. Insurance knowledge/background would be highly desirable. You should also have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), confidence to learn, access and use different systems and software, strong attention to detail, and a team player attitude with a focus on supporting and respecting others.
